Fisher), praying that the proposed new lighthouse to be erected in Cook Strait should be ' placed on Tongue Point in preference to Cape Terewhitii— Siry-We., the undersigned mastermariners, who, through! being at.aea, and from other causes, were unable to sign tho petition recently sent; in to you, praying that Tongue Point should be decided on, aa the site for the proposed lighthouse in Cook Strait, herewith forward you our names in support of those f-hipmasters who have signed tho original petition..
