, (Specially written for The DomiNioS.} THURSDAY. ■. ••■ ' Ox-tail -Soup. Corned Beef. Dumplings. Carrots. Turnips. Potatoes. Bakcwell Pudding. BAKEWELL PUDDING. Two eggs, 2oz. castor sugar, rind and juice of one lemon, loz. flour, goz. butter, two tablespoonfuls of jam, Jib. puffpastry. . . Liiie a flattish dish with the puff-pastry, decorate the edges; put on tire bottom the jam; melt tho butter with the sugar, odd the epfs (well beaten), add the flour, and mix thoroughly, pur over the jam, and bake until set, about 40 minutes. Serve cold. FOR TO-MORROW. ; Half-pint split peas, stock, one hake, parsley, oranges, ratafias, short, paste.
