FIFTEEN DEATHS. By 'faegraph— Press Assoclation-Oopyright Sydney, November 12, Advices from Noumea with regard to the bubonic plague outbreak state that tho first cases occurred two months age among the Asiatics, employed near the quay. There were also five .cases amongst the whites, of which two proved fatal.
