' In the case in. which Charles Stevens is suing tho British Medical Association for iibol for an alleged false analysis of a consumption cure published in the asso- !, ciation's book on "Secret Remedies," Sir Richard Powell, K.C.V.0., Physician in Ordinary to the King, said there -was no proof tliat Mr. Stevens's medicine was curative; the alleged cures were due to natural foroes in the patient. Leading specialists who gave evidence corroborated that of Sir Richard Powell.
