TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for Tin Dominion.l TUESDAY. Celery Soup. Spanish Sfr-ak. Potatoes. .French Bonn?-. Oonstbery i'ie. SPANISH STEAIC, One pound .'leak, 2?inall onions, 2 potatoes, tomatoes, salt and t>oprior, grated cheese. I'ut a little butter, dripinif. or even water, in a bilking tin. Have it very hot. Lay in Hie steak, which should he about 1 ineli thirk. Bake rather slowly for about 15 minutes or so, basting "well and seasoning with a little pepper and salt. Slico the onions very thin and rover the meat in an even layer, linke these till the onion* are tender. Then place over a laver of thin slices of potato. Bake till tender. Cover with slices of tomato. Bake tteain, basting occasionally. Then sprinkle with grated cheese; let it melt, and then serve.,
