NEW RAILWAY TIME-TABLE.
♦ —-— SECOND MAIN TRTWK EXPRESS. On Friday next (November 1) tlio now railway time-tablo is to come into operation. The chief feature is the coinnicnciv ment of the running of a second express daily between Wellington and Auckland, which is to last throughout the summer months in order lo cope with the increased passenger traffic. The present midday express from Wellington is to maintain its present lime-tablo, and tha second express will leave here at 11.10 p.ni. every day (except Saturday), Arriving in Auckland at 1.12 p.m. next day. From Auckland the hjcoiul express will leave at 11.15. a.m., and will arrive hero nt CM a.m, the following day. Among the minor alteratidns it has been arranged that the train which at present leaves Lamblon Station at 10.15 a.m. for Woodville (via Wnirarapa) will after November 1 lcavo at 10 a.m., and the daily train which now leaves tho Ijower Hntt at i.ill p.m. will nil to-'i minutes later.
