The Tsarevitch, tbo eight-year-old heir to the Russian Throne, who is lying seriously ill in Poland, wns injured when jumping from a cupboard on which he hod climbed. The Tsar is too griefstricken to transact business. The Tsarevitch's condition shows a slight improvement. EMPRESS IN DESPAIE. (Kec. October 25, 10.10 p.m.) . London, October 25. Paris telegrams state that the Empress of Russia asked the doctors to state frankly what-was tho matter with, tho Tsarevitch. They replied that thcleft kidney was seriously injured, and tho Empress then went upstairs, and opened a window to throw herself out. Luckily a doctor followed, and prevented her.
