By Telegraph—Press ABSoclatlon-GoDyrirtit (Rec. October 25,10.10 p.m.) Vienna, October 24. The "Reichpost," whose correspondent seems to be accompanying the- Bulgarian march, states that General IvanofF, with the First Army Corps, on Tuesday commenced attacking the outworks of Adrianople. The Northern Army meanwhile marched down on both sides of the Tunja River. The right wing is west of Havaras, seven miles north of Adrianoplc, tho centre near Arnautkcvi, six miles northeast; and tho left wing at Musubili, seven miles east-north-east of AdTianople. In the west other divisions attacked the heights of Chatalja and Arda on Wednesday. The Turks, with great bravery, attempted to counteract at Ardnautkevi, but were repulsed, though they wero well supported by artillery. The Bulgarian quickfirers mowed down whole detachments. General Dimitneff's army, which is massed east and west of Tirnovo, has attacked Kirk Kilisse, which is 25 miles south-west of Tirnovo.
Four more corps of reserves are in course of formation nearer Constantinople. A garrison of an army corps has been left at Adrianoplc If the Bulgarians refuse to take the offensive, Naziiu Pasha will force a general engagement north of Adrianoplc. The retirement from Kirk Kilisse was purely strategical, in order to enable Nazim Pasha's units to concentrate. . Tho newspaper correspondents with the Turkish forces have arrived at Baba Eski.
