THE MARLBOROUGH LAUNCHED. By Tclecranh—Press Association—Copyright London, October 21. . Tho battleship Marlborough, one-' of the four capital ships of 1911-12 programme, has been launched at Devonport. After the launch some shackling injured Commander Withop in the head. He had to be sent to the hospital. Several ringers were also injured. The Marlborough will have a displacement of 25,000 tons, and a speed of 21J knots. The main armament will consist of ten 13.5-inch guns.
