TWO MAIN ARMIES APPROACHING. FIGHTING IN THE NORTH. Belgrade, October 22. King Peter of Servin and the headquarters staff have crossed the frontier. Patrols are approaching Kum.inovo, which lies about 15 miles from Uskub, where Zcki I'ashn has 10,000 Turkish, troops. The Third Servian Army has advanced into Turkey along the plain of Kossovo, in Northern Albania. It is being opposed by 10,000 men, chiefly Amaiils (Albanians), together with ten companies of Nizams (regulars), and four batteries of artillery.
