October 24, 1 a.m.) Sydney, October 23. • The. report of Mr. Hay, the English expert, on traffic congestion in the city, has been tabled in the Assembly. It recommends the building of a bridge across the . harbour, and underground railways and tramways. The cost, excluding the bridge, u'vut at £1,500,000.
