THE C.S. SPORTS CLUB.
The animal general meeting of the. Wellington Civil Service- Amateur Sports Club was held last evening, Mr. A. Marryatt presiding. The annual report and balance-sheet were adopted. Office-bearers for the coming season were elected as follow:—Patron, Right lion. Sir .1. G. Ward, linrt. (re-elected); president, Mr. It. W. Al'Villy; vice-presidents, Messrs. A. Marryntl, 1). Robertson, 0. Allport, 'I'. W. Mslicr, K. A. Dawson, T. S. Jloiialdson, B. Wilson, G. B. Hall, P. C. Corliss, W. S. Ridler, W. 11. Morris (all re-elected), and 11. .1. H.-Bluw, J. Hislop, I'. S. K. Maeassey, Dr. Filchett, (I. llogben, G. F. C. Compboll, G. 0. Bridges; lion, secretary, L. 'A.i Tcutciibeig (re-elected); lion, treasurer, .1. V: Wilson (re-elected); conimittee; G. H. Tanner, W. Auld, Harvey (re-elected), and J. W. Coard, L. A. Chanman; delegates to Wellington Centre, N.Z.A.A.A., Messrs. Dawson, Tanner; hon. timekeeper, H. Barr; lion, handicapperj J. W. Ileenan; lion, auditors, P. J. M'Govem and 11. L. Lcvestum. Several new members were elected. Some additional clauses wcro incorporated in the rules, which, provide for tho management of the Civil Servico IntcrDeparttucnt Tournament, to be. nn anuunl fixture. Conditions as drawn up by tho outgoing conimittee relating to the Wojd challenge trophy were adopted. It was decided'that the inter-Depart-ment: tournament l>c held on November 30 (St. Andrew's Day).
