We have been selling New Zealand-grown, apples at ss: Gd. f.0.b., Wellington, so ultimately, when New Zealand will have plenty, of apples available—and we .anticipate that in five or six years' time we should be ab|e tq export over one million, casesthen the grower will have to take into serious consideration the export prices. ■ "Of course, he has also the alternative of consigning bis fruit to either the British or Hamburg ]ym r kets, where he will be able to realise top Yalv.e, which may be considerably higKer than prices he would be offered for right-out sales from South America.
