WELLINGTON DISTRICT ASSOCIATION CUP. Tho Executive. Committee of the Wellington Rifle .Association met last night, and drew':up the programme- for tho annual shooting mooting, to bo held at Trentham oh January 1 and 2 next. President H.'Marshall (Karori Club) presided, and

was appointed chairman of the Executive Committee. The programme decided upon is a most liberal one, .£204 being distributed in cash prizes amongst the various events. Six individual matches, each of ten shots, will be fired, one each at 300, 500, COO, 800, 900, and 1000 yards. There will he 87 prizes in each, match, the cash value'being ■JJ33. The first prize in each event; will bo JM, and a valuable trophy; second, «E), three of .£2, tirelve of .El, ami twenty of 10s. Of these eight will be allotted to tyros, ono prize of .111 anil seven of 10s.
