POLICEMEN ON STRIKE.
DISPUTE IN CANADA

The police at Lethbridge, Alberta, a town of about 3000 inhabitants, aro on strike, with the exception of the chdof police official. The trouble is due to the fact that a Toronto constable! was made inspector over the local men. Eleven temporary patrolmen hiive been secured.
