CONGRATULATIONS FROM TAEANAKI. (By Tclegraph.-Prcfs Association,) Hawera, October 17. The Taranaki Provincial Executive of the Fanners' Union to-day passed a resolution us follows:—That this executive desires to congratulate tho Government on ifs Land Lows Amendment Bill, ami believes it an honest attempt to deal with the question. The Bill is nil the more satisfactory to tho union because it embodies principles in the union platform which it has advocated for many years. There was only one dissentient.
