COONAMBLE TRAGEDY.

At the trinl of tho man Casey, of Cobnamble, for the murder of his neighbour, Koenig, the accused made- a statement in the box that ho was suspicions of the relations between his wife- and Koonig, and intercepted their letters. A dispute arose regarding the letters, but he had no intention of shooting Koenig. His trembling, however, released the trigger of his gti'n. (Hec. October 17, 0.30 a.m.) Sydney, October IG. Casey was found guilty of manslaughter with a recommendation to mercy. Sentence was deferred.
