* CADET CONTINGENTS TO MEET. The touring contingent of Canadian Cadets, now in Australia, is oxpected to reach the Bluff on Monday next, and , v il[ vi«it tho principal centres of New Zealand, giving military displays. Bv a happy coincidence, tho New. Zealand Senior Cadet team which recently acquitted itself so creditably nt Toronto, will arrive at: Auckland on its return homo the day before the Canadian boys react the Muff, and arrangements are being made by the Defence authorities for a meeting of the two contingents in Wellington, for a combined assault-at-arms and military display. A definite pro. gramme will lje mapped out when the cadets arrive in New Zealand. Meanwhile the General Officer Commanding tho A : ew Zealand Ijorces (Mojor-General '}• •{■ Godley, C.8.) is conferring with tho Minister for Defenoo (the Hon. Jas, Allen) on the subject.
