The Anglican Synod to-night discussed the social and industrial unrest, and decided that, recognising the importance of more fully understanding tho causes of the social and industrial unrest, the committee appointed by the last Synod to go into social problems be reappointed. A suggestion that conferences be arranged with representatives of the Labour movement was agreed to. The Synod also decided to place on record its appreciation of tho work of tho Church of England Men's Society at the military camps, which has resulted in making tho camps moro orderly than would otherwise have been the case.
