SIX MILLIONS AND A TITLE.
ANOTHER CLAIMANT. By Telegraph—Press Assoolatlon-CopyrfffhJ London, October 13. Mr. Brierley, a journalist, claims the Earldom of Newburgh. The estates are valued at six millions.
A' cable message of August 18 stated that a paper-bag maker at Manchester named Colclough, was claiming the Earldom of Newburgh., Tho first Earl of Newburgh was Sir James Levingstone, a courtier of the days of Charles 11, and ho was given the title with remainder to "heirs general." The seventh countess married the Marquis Bandini and the title became a foreign one. Tho present holder, Prince Giustiniani-Bandini, is the ninth Earl. He lives in Home.
