BREWING FIRM'S AFFAIRS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. October 11, 11.10 p.m.) London, October 11. Messrs. Allsopp and Sons, Ltd., the well-known brewing firm, now in process of reconstruction, propose to reduce their capitalisation, including liabilities to creditors, from ,£5,500,000 to ,£786,000, and will issue .£500,000 in ehares in order to clear prior charges and furnish working capital.
