Dalgely and Co., Ltd., report having held a successful sale yesterday o" behalf of Mr. H. Nicholson, of M'anakau. The stock came forward in good condition considering the winter is just over, and these wo submitted to a large attendance of buyers from all parts of the district. Tliero is still an unsatisfied demand for sheep, which sold well; cattle also met with a good sale, especially good dairy sorts. A large portion of the younger cattle were turned out unsold, vendors' anticipations being slightly above graziers' values.
