Powdrell was eloctod president, and Mr. W. O'Callnghan secretary. It promises to be the strongest branch in the Taranaki province. Motueka advises that a good meeting was held there on Monday, and a solid working branch formed. At both meetings tho Prime Minister and party wore accorded heartiest congratulations on tho good work being done. The prospects of the Reform party aro brighter every day.
