SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for strong westerly winds, backing to northerly and increasingl everywhere, for a, storm area appears to be 'approaching from the westward. The barometer ■■ is likely to fall fast everywhere soon. Increasing haze and cloudiness will probably be followed by rain in all parts of the Dominion. Cloudy and misty weather lias been reported at times in most parts of the Dominion, the temperature has TiEcn generally with moderate to strong westerly wjnde.
