EMPLOYERS' CONFERENCE.
Ay Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrteht (Rec. September 27, 10.15 p.m.) Sydney, September 27. The employers' conference has passed a resolution stating that the Commonwealth Arbitration Act is a failure as .industrial disputes can best be adjusted by 'the respective States and the Canadian system is the best for the settlement of disputes beyond the limits of ono State. The conference has also carried resolutions pledging the employers to stand by loyal employees in time of strike and afterwards, and condemning tho surrender of. State rights to tho Commonwealth'.
