Blanch the oysters in their own liquor, strain them and remove tho beards. Mix the liquor and milk together, melt the butter in n saucepan, add tho flour, cook a few seconds, add the liquor by degrees, bring to the boil, add the seasoning, cook fivo minutes, put the oysters in the sauce to get hot, add the cream. Servo with croutons of bread round. FOR TO-MORROW. Half a pint of haricot beans, stock, two pounds fillet of veal, bacon, turnips, apples, pastry. FOR SUNDAY. Two dozen oysters, stock, sirloin of beef, parsnips, lemons, breadcrumbs, rhubarb. FOR SUPPER. One pounds and a half mutton cutlets, coffee, oranges, custard, aspic jelly.
