ACCOUCHEMENT CASE.

Masterton, September 25. 11l the Supremo Court to-day a case was lienrd in which Dr. M'Cnrtfiy, of Greytown, claimed c£2G2 10?. from Frank White, of the same township, for irofessional services rendered in connection with the accouchement cf defendant's wife. Plaintiff alleged that he had l;eon compelled to abandon all other patient-: and attend exclusively to Mrs. Wiii'o fur twenty-five days.
