, LOAN OF «£] ,250,000. By Teleerapli—l'ress Aesocisfrton-CopTrieht Sydney, September 25. The Lord Mayor (Mr. G. T. Clarke) has arranged for a city loan of ,£1,250,000, to be spread over ten years. It is' understood that half a million is to be raised u locally and the balance in London.
