TENDER. ACCEPTED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrieit (Rec. September 25, 10 p.m.) London, Soptcmber 25. The Fort of London Authority has accepted Messrs. S. l'ear.son and Son's tenders, amounting to .£2,350,000, for the first part of the dock extonsion scheme which Lord Dcvonport outlined in January, 1911. The scheme includes tho extension of tho East and West Indian Docks and tho Tilbury and South Albert Docks.
