4 FRENCH AIRMAN KILLED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Paris, September 21. A lieutenant, an army airmail, fell and was- killed at Bar-lc-Duo, in the Department of the Meuse. FRENCH'ARMY DIRIGIBLES. (Rec. September 2a, 10.10 p.m.) Paris, September 25. The Government is purchasing four dirigibles with a speed of forty-five miles an hour. Tho dirigibles will be armed with mitralleuses.'
