AN ENVOY FROM VANCOUVER. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rcc. September 24, 9.53 p.m.) Sydney, September 24. Mr. Thorpe, a member of the Merchants' Association of Vancouver, is visiting Sydney, and is investigating the possibilities of increasing the export of butter and meat to America. He declares that there is a splendid opening for Australia in that direction. Mr. Thorpe will visit New Zealand later.
