MEXICO'S REVOLT.
" UNPRINCIPLED OUTLAWRY." By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyrtirht (Rec. September 25, 0.15 a.m.) New York, September 24. Advices from Tucson, Arizona, state that General Campa, the Mexican revolutionary leader, has surrendered to the United States authorities, declaring flint the revolution is now merely unprincipled outlawry. General Orozco is also stated to be awaiting extradition, as tho Mexican Government is preferring a murder chnrgo against him. AMERICAN CITIZEN RELEASED. (Rec. September 25, 0.15 a.m.) Mexico City, September 24. The Government has complied with tho United States' request to release tho American fruitgrower, Nichols, who was taken to the hospital as the result of his ill-treatment in prison.
