The Insurance Act Commissioners propose remunerating the local committees under the Act who will have the option of paying the doctor? on a capitation basis for attendance under the. Act or making a payment for attendances. It is expected that the doctors will accept any arrangement securing them an average of 7s. fid. per annum per contributor.
