TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially written for Tue Dominion.] TUESDAY. Turkish Soup. Kajjout of Kalibit. Potatoes. Swede Tiinijiis. Apple Tartlots. TURKISH SOUP. 'Three pints white stock, 2 tablespoons of rice, 2 yolks of - lablesnuons of cream, 2oz. macaroni, i tablespoons of grated chesso, some strips of baenn rind, cayenne. Boil the rice with the stock ami bacon rind (which must be scalded and scraped) until the rice is lender, when rub through a sieve. Mix tho yolks of epgs and cream in a basin, and pour the stock gradually over this. Stir it over tho fire until it thickens, but do not, let it boil or it will curdle. At the last add the macaroni, boiled until tender :and cut into inch pieces, the. grated cheese, and a pinch of cayenne. Serve with fried bread.
