MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before Mr. W. G. Riddel], S.M.) At the Magistrate's Court on Saturday, Louise Mabel .Tolnistono was chared with the theft of Jil 3s. from Catherine Cutting. She pleaded guilty, and was ordered to appear for sentence when called on. James Leonnrd Lomax was fined £2 for having stolen an overcoat belonging to Joseph Wildermouth. Ralph Balcombo was charged with having broken and entered the shop of Arthur Walling in Manners Street, and stolen about £& in money and two tins of cigarettes. Balcombe was remanded till Wednesday. J3a.il (£S9) was allowed.
