NEW SOUTH WALES IMPORTATIONS. By TeleEraph—Press Copyrlebl Sydney, September 20. Tho Public Works Department reports a shortage, of cement: 20s. to 21s. per cask is paid for email parcels of imported on the spot, and 18s. Gd. for consignments to arrive. ■ The Department has secured twelve thousand casks of, New Zealand cenient at 12s. 7d.,- duty paid in Sydney, and is purchasing for forward- delivery in New Zealand, Britain, and Germany over eighty-six thousand casks, at an average price of 12s. 4d. c.i.f., duty paid at Sydney and Newcastle
