fSpecially written for The Dominion.] SATURDAY. Vegetable soup. Stowed ox toil and walnuts. Potatoes. Spinach. Orango pudding. SUNDAY. Julienne soup. Roast stuffed pork. Applo sauce. Baked potatoes. Cauliflower. Rhubarb, pie. Cream. SUITER. Cold pork. Salad. Galantine of beef. Banana jelly. Spauish cream. ORANGE PUDDING. Three or four oranges, 1 cup of sugar, 3 cups of milk, 3 eggs, 1 tablcspoontul cornflour. A little butter. Peel and slice the oranges, removing Hie pips and pith. Pour over them flie sugar. Uoil the milk and add the cornflour and yolks of eggsj stir until it thickens, andsthen pour over the oranges. Beat tho wliifps with 8 tablespoonfuls of sugar, pour over tlio top, aud bako a light brown.
