TRIPOLI PEACE TERMS.
FURTHER POINTS SETTLED. By Tcleeraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. September 19, 0.30 a.m.) London, September 18. Advices from Paris and Switzerland indicate that Turkey desires to retain Tobruk, in Tripoli, as a port of access to tho Hinterland. Italy is unlikely to agree, as Turkish possession' might prove an obstacle to Italian penetration in the interior.
Italy is favourable to the other proposals, and will also surrender the captured Aegean Islands, subject to guarantees in favour of the Christians. , Italy will not guarantee a Turkish loan.
