LONDON TRANSPORT REFORM.

The firing of Carter Patersons, rickfords, and other leading carriers, and several of the railway companies, hare agreed to a working arrangement to provent overlapping, also to the replacing of horses by motor wagons. This is likely to result in tho establishment of a clear-ing-house in London, for goods by the railways. (Eec. September 18, 11.30 p.m.) London, September 18. In addition to securing a working agreement with I lie railways, Messrs. Carter, Paterson and Co. absorbed Messrs. Pickfords and the London Parcels Delivery Company's businesses.
