■RIOTOUS SCENES IN HUNGAHT. By Teleeraph—Press Association-Copyriftht Budapesth, September 17. Riotous scones marked the opening of the Hungarian Parliament. Count Tisza, the President, received a torrent of abuse. A free, fight followed, rtnd eventually the police were summoned to maintain order. FIERCE FIGHT WITH POLICE. (Rec. September 19, 0.5 a.m.) Budapest, September 18. A hundred members of the Opposition, who had been ordered to withdraw, engaged in a terrific strugglo with the police, and several were carried out.
