ACCIDENT ON LAKE MICHIGAN. By Teleeraph—Press Aesociatlon— Copyright • New York, September 16. ; A cutter used in tho training of _ seamen capsized recently on Lake Michigan, and it has now been ascertained that twelve persons were drowned. A chief gunner, who was in charge of a number of seamen and apprentices, has disappeared. It is not known if he also was drowned.
