Paris; September 13. Vice-Admiral Germinct, in. an interview, said that the scheile for the concentration of the French Navy in the Mediterranean was a good strategic move, and was in -accordance with Prances role under the Entente, , namely, the. guarding of the mastery of the Mediterranean, ensuring France's communications with Algerin, and similarly Britain's defence of her own coasts. Tho protect Prance, both countries would probably regard the Straits of Dover as territorial waters and forbid the passage of neutral vessels.
