THE LATE MR. G. F. REYLING.

FUNERAL AT KAEOEI. The funeral of the. late Mr. G.V. Eeyling took place at ICarori on Saturday and ■was largely attended. The officiating clergyman was tho Rev. Father Herring, of ht. Anne's Church. Those present included tho Hon. J. 'J , . Paul, M.L.C., representing the Otago Trades Council; Mr. J. I'. Thomson, M.l'., brother-in-law of the late Mr. Eeyiing; Mr. J. A. M'Cullough (workers' representative on the Arbitration Court); Professor W. T. Mills (United Labour.party); Mr, M. J. Eeardon (Wellington Trades Council); Mr. D. M'Laren (Mayor of Wellington); Mr. G. G. Farltind (Federation of Labour); Messrs. T. Smith mid H. Bolton (Workingmen's Club); Mr. H. Austin (Arch Druid); Messre. W. Waterworth and W. C. Noot (Excelsior Druids' Lodge); F. Cornwall (president of the Painters' Union); and all the secretaries and many of the members of kindred unions. Wreaths were sent by the Otago Trades Council, the Wellington Trades Council, the Seamen s Union, the Painters' Union, the Paintters' Federation, and by "fellow secretaries." Mrs. Eeyiing has received telegTams of condolence from Labour men throughout the Dominion.
