»— INCREASING INTEREST. (By Telegraph.—Prcsa Association.) Eltham, September 12. As tho fateful day draws closer interest is increasing in the coming election. Mr. Astbury (Opposition) held a big mass meeting at Eltham last night, and was enthusiastically received. Mr. Wilkinson will address a mass meeting the night before the poll. Both candidates are strenuously touring nil parts of tho electorate, nnd each side professes abosluto confidence of winning.
