NEGOTIATING IN LONDON. By Telecranh—Press Association—Coarrfeht (Rcc. September 10, 11.10 p.m.) Peking, September 10. The Six-Power group which has been offering to lend China money is indignant at the report that negotiations in London for a Chinese loan of ,£10,000,000 are nearins completion. Tho Government admits that Hsuing Hse-ling, a former Minister for Finance, is negotiating.
