CARTERTON NEWS.
As the result of a.conference between committees of the Cnrterton Borough Council and tho TA'airarapa South County Council on Monday morning, in connection with the DnlpJicld Road bridge question, it was decided to erect a 75-foot bridge straight with the road. It was resolved to build the bridgo of Australian hardwood. Tho Carterton Football Club have decided to hold their annual ball on Wednesday, September 25. Tho Daleiielcl Football Club will hold their annual ball on October 10.
