Although the dispersal of the Albanians lias relieved the immediate pressure in Turkey, it has resulted in the destruction, of Turkish authority between Ipek and Mitrovitza. At the latter plnce Isa Boletinatz, a well-known ex-brigand, has cstablisliedhis authority, and heralds are scouring tho country proclaiming his rule.
