(Specially written for Tag Bojiikioh.) FRIDAY. Rice Soup. Baked Stuffed Schnapper. Hashed Potatoes, l'uft' Puddings. PUFF PUDDINGS. One cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 2oz. butter, half-cup of milk, 1 teaspoonful baking powder, a pinch of salt, grated peel of a leiuou. Beat the butter and sugar to a cream, add the eggs, sift in half the flour, then the milk, then the rest of the flour and flavouring; butter the dariole moulds or cups, half-fill with the mixture; place them in a stewpan with about an inch of boiling water; steam for half an hour; serve with any good pudding sau;e. . FOR TO-MORROW. Stock. Veal Cutlets. Bacon. 'Sago. Raisins. FOR SUNDAY. 2doz. Oysters. Sirloin of Beef. Cauliflower. Chocolate. Fruit. Pastry. Cream.. FOR SUPPER. Salad. One Lobster. Puff Pastry. Gelatine. Fruit for Salad. Cream.
