YOUNG MAN KICKS HIS WIFE TO DEATH. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyricht Sydney, September 5. James Patrick King, aged 2G, was remanded on a chargo of murdering his wife, Ellen, by kicking her.

King was recently released from a reception' house, and had been drinking heavily. He brutally beat and kicked his wife, who died in a few hours-, JEALOUS MAN'S CRIME. (Rec. September 5, 9.10 p.m.) Sydney, September 5. A man named Casey has been committed for trial at Coonamble on a charge of murdering a neighbour named Korig. Casey invited Korig. to' his house, and accused him of writing letters to his wife. Ha would not accept Korig's deninl, and got a gun, and gave Korig fivo minutes to leave. At the end of the five minutes he shot Korig, and fatally wounded him.
