Dr. llo.yi was railed in but- life was extinct before he arrived. FALL FROM A LADDER. A man named Sydney Arkinslall.. u painter by trade, fell off a ladder at. White Hull, Boulcott Street yesterday and was removed lo tho hospital.! suffering from concussion of the brain.
